More than 300 homes to be built near Bracknell as permission granted for 45 more

A developer has gained permission to start building 45 new homes near Bracknell. Taylor Wimpey said the reserved matters consent from Bracknell Forest Council means construction can begin in spring. The 45 energy-efficient properties will be built on land east of Maize Lane and west of Old Priory Lane in Warfield, which will be known as The Skylarks.
